Policies

  • Be on time for class. Instructors will wait up to 10 minutes after scheduled class time before exiting the class.

    • Non-membership clients must go through the website to reschedule that class again

    • Membership clients will make up the class the following week

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, send out an email 12 hours prior to class for a full refund.

    • If 12 hours notice is not possible, please email ASAP. A $5 refund will be issued if the email is received before the class.

  • No refunds will be offered at all if you miss a class unexpectedly with no email prior to.

  • Membership students have up to 3 unexcused absences. After 3, a $15 fee will be issued.

  • Members: You are only allowed to change your choice of classes once per month. 

    • E.G.: If you are taking Zumba & Bachata for the month of January, you can change your classes to Salsa & Pilates once February nears or begins.
